AIAPC, UP Circle Congratulate all the Postmaster Cadre officials !
Dear Friends,
First of all, congratulation and
lots of thanks to all Postmasters who made the AIAPC UP Circle conference
successful.
Thanks to all Postmasters also, who
intended to join and wish to come to attend the Conference but due to unfortunate
circumstance not able to come. Because, this is the only platform for all
Postmaster Cadre officials for which we fight day and night for its existence.
After this successful conference
we have formed an enthusiastic Circle Body which is given below as well as on
